With the craziness of planning a wedding, this year will be a hiatus year for cycling races. However, my training is going very well and my fitness is feeling really strong. Today, I was out doing a recovery ride with Josh and Jenny. We were going to en easy spin to Winter Garden out and back via the trail. About 2 miles after we turned around to head back, my left crankarm (non drive side) came off and was attached to my cleat. I had to pull over and have Josh help me pull it from my cleat. So we continued home and I was forced to do single-leg drills and struggle up some climbs. I made it home but could definitely feel my right hamstring get a good workout.
What ended up happening was the self-extracting lock bolt came off/broke causing the crank arm to come off of the bottom bracket. The only reason why I like my crank/bottom bracket system is because of the stronglite ceramic bottom bracket. It spins forever. And if it wasn't for this fact, I would have switched to the shimano crank/external bearing bottom bracket system that I prefer.

So we set a date: October 29, 2011
Ceremony Site: St Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Winter Park
Reception Site: Winter Park Civic Center
We hired a wedding planner who we've been happy with and been working with for about 1 month now- Rosie with 27 Miracles.
We currently have a videographer- Mary with Key Moments; DJ- Steve with NVision Productions. We have meetings set up with photographers, caterers, bakers, and flourists. The ball is rolling and we're doing pretty well. Stay tuned for more updates on wedding plans.

Silvia's back, alive, and well
I got Silvia back from Keith a couple weeks ago after Martin reflashed the ECU and retuned it. Now she is running like a champ. Boosting well, pulling hard, and looking good. However, she is now for sale. The clutch is a little too hard with it being a heavy duty race clutch. Also, the suspension is too hard for me as well. If I were to keep her, those are the 2 things that I would change- clutch and suspension.
No rush to sell, so I will aim to get what I feel it's worth.
