
(1)swimming- to stay in shape and overall fitness

(2)iron- pumping it... build strength and strengthen the support connective tissues

(3)shoes- cyclical pattern faster than walking which includes being airborne, AKAs running- to build bone density with weight bearing impact

(4)and of course cycling- however not only am I going to be on the road, but I also aquired a set of rollers to help me be more stable and smooth on the bike
Operation off season super man begins......now!
