Silvia's sick, but differentail diagnosis has good prognosis

After driving her for a few days, she started to bog and stall out, under light or heavy throttle. The check engine light would come on, run rich, and felt like it was in limp mode under any throttle. This only seemed to happen once the engine would reach operating temps. If I let car off for a long period of time and start her back up, the CEL would disappear and it would run fine- not rich or bog or be in 'limp mode.'
Dropped it back off to Keith and he said that he would diagnose her. Keith tried to wire up a consult port to communicate with the ECU. However, he said that there was no signal even after using 2 different softwares. He determined that the ECU too a crap but also wanted to check over the whole wiring of the car. After going over the wiring, he determined that is was some insideous ECU failure. Keith called Martin and explained what was going on. Martin agreed to retune the ECU if repairable or I would need to get a new ECU and Martin would retune that.
Hopefully that is the worst of the situation and that we're just waiting on a transpant.
