So I bought another car over the weekend. This will be my 3rd Audi- 2005 Audi A6. This car is a monster 3.2 liter V6. Fully loaded. On the way back from Miami, I averaged 28.6 mpg. That's awesome for a V6 especially when I only got 25 mpg at best with my old Acura TL. I filled up an empty gas tank which was a nice chunk of change ~$80. But that's for 20 gallons. That's a monster of a gas tank. The sound systems is amazing with it's BOSE 13 speaker package. The only option that the car does not have is heated seats. I would have loved for the A6 to have them- the feeling of having you butt and low back nice and warm when it's cold outside makes you want to crap your pants.
A few co-workers were saying good purchase insinuating that there are back seats that would allow for baby seats.
Desiree is very happy about the car- A/C in a hot Florida summer!
I'm very excited and this guy is a keeper.
In the process, Desiree and I also made a few new friends- the seller who was actually an attorney handling the estate of a recently deceased physician. Therefore I am confident that the car was well taken care of and the carfax is clean and the vehicle in great condition.
YAY!
