I have been using Nuun tablets for about 2-3 weeks now. I have been adding 1 tablet to each of my gatorade mixed bottles. The tables add a carbonated fizz to the gatorade that is refreshing. The taste it dependent on the tablet flavor and how well it mixes with the orange flavor gatorade.
Each tablet has includes the following nutrition:
Active Ingredients level (mg)
Sodium (carbonates) 360.0
Potassium (bicarbonate) 100.0
Calcium (carbonate) 12.5
Magnesium (sulfate) 25.0
Vitamin C 37.5
Vitamin B2. 500mcg
Each fully fueled bottle ends up containing over 500mg of sodium. I this is too much in inly bottle as i have found myself needing to take a nature break during my rides.
The plan now is to see if half a tablet per bottle works out.
