I have decided to hop on the bandwagon and participate in triathlons. I have set a goal and plan on doing the Florida Challenge half-ironman distance on April 15, 2012. Swim 1.2 miles, cycle 56 miles, and run 13.2 miles (1/2 marathon). Im not a fan of running so this will definitely make me start. Also I will need to be more consistent in the pool.
I will slowly be adding these discIplines to my training as well as weight training however i will continue to have cycling as my main focus up to Septembet 17-18 which will be my last road race of the season.
